20+ years perfecting the art of edges, jumps, spins & choreography. Amanda performed & travelled the World with Disney on Ice, was the Disney on Ice Edge Class, Ballet Instructor, and cast Line Captain during her career with Disney on Ice. She has also worked closely with World & Olympic Coaches, and recently worked on a project for US Figure Skating and Stars on Ice. She is also a choreographer and style instructor for many competitive figure skaters in the Twin Cities teaching Ballet, artistic movement, and developing skaters signature style on the ice.
Amanda is one of the Twin Cities leading power skating & edge class instructors for many of the areas hockey players. She breaks down the skills in order for your skater to learn the correct technique which will increase their speed & quickness. She has a passion for teaching hockey players efficient technique.
US Figure Skating National Coach & JR World Competitor in Pair Skating. Former Disney on Ice, & Moscow on Ice performer. Dima enjoys teaching On Ice/Off-Ice Jumps and Conditioning. Book an on-ice jump fishing pole lesson today.

Cassie performed & travelled the World with Disney on Ice for 10 years. She enjoys instructing learn to skate classes and choreographs our team production theater on ice competitive routines.
Kathryn performed & travelled the World with Disney on Ice. Kathryn is a former competitive figure skater achieving her gold medal in US Figure Skating in Field Moves & Freestyle.
US Figure Skating Gold Medalist-USFS TEAM USA-World Synchronized Skating Team Member. Maggie enjoys teaching edge class and team production.
Beginner skaters ages 3-7; who have never skated before. Skaters will play games and sing songs as they develop skills needed to balance and move across the ice. Beginner skaters who have minimal skating experience. Skaters will learn the proper way to fall and get up, hopping and how to make A's and V's.

Beginning Mini-Mite Hockey Skating Skills Class – Ages 4+ and helmets required – no sticks or pucks. Basic skills on ice without a stick – falling, marching, gliding, standing up, 1-foot standing balance, beginner swizzles, moving, beginning backward skating, 2-foot glides around cone and snowplow stops.
Intermediate Mini-Mites Hockey Skating Skills Class – Ages 4+ - Building on skills from Beginner Mini-Mites. Learn forward swizzles, forward 1-foot glides, backward swizzles, hockey turns, intro to 1-foot glides around a cone, beginner stride, walking crossovers, beginning slaloms.
Advanced Mini-Mites Hockey Skating Skills Class – Ages 4+ Review of skills previously presented, advanced stride, beginning crossovers on a circle, backward slaloms, backward 1-foot glides, hockey stops, intro to 3-turns and mohawks.
10:30a - 11:30a - 30 min practice & 30 min lesson with an instructor
12/15 the price increases $10
Must be able to skate forward and have either passed Adv. Mini-Mites or one Winter season of organized hockey. Beginner, Intermediate and advanced levels available.
The Power Skating portion of the class will focus on endurance & speed exercises, which will improve leg strength, quickness, flexibility, core strength, balance and skating technique. The edge class portion of the class will break down skating skills & focus on correct technique.
The edge class portion will focus on proper form, correct technique for the stride, forward and backward crossovers, 3-turns, mohawks and more!! Skaters will rotate through stations, each station will focus on a different skating skill. No sticks or pucks just skating. Helmets are a must.
